Aesthetic dentistry and bonding in Warsaw
Aesthetic dentistry in our clinic is not about creating an artificial effect, but about an intuitive, naturally harmonious smile design. We work on the shape, color, and proportions of teeth, improving aesthetics while preserving natural appearance. Treatment may include veneers and highly aesthetic composite restorations. Veneers are thin ceramic shells placed on the front surface of teeth to correct their shape, color, and position.
We have accumulated unique experience in the fabrication of all-ceramic veneers. Since we began working with this method of tooth shape and color correction in 1999 in France, we are now able to provide 25 years of clinical follow-up data. All clinical cases are systematically documented with photographic records. Today, for highly aesthetic all-ceramic veneers, we use feldspathic ceramic and lithium disilicate. The success and outcome of all-ceramic veneer treatment depend on prior digital planning. Teamwork with a master dental technician and highly skilled assistants allows us to achieve the desired long-term results. We strongly believe that there are no simple clinical cases. Regardless of the scope of restoration, each patient’s expectations are unique and individual, requiring full dedication from both the clinician and the dental technician at every stage of treatment.
In cases where only minor correction of tooth shape and color is needed, ultra-thin veneers can be fabricated without tooth preparation. For such ultra-thin veneers, highly aesthetic feldspathic ceramic Noritake (Japan) and lithium disilicate (e.max, Ivoclar Vivadent, Liechtenstein) are used. These veneers are also referred to as lumineers. A transparent adhesive bonding system is used for cementation. The lifespan of ultra-thin veneers is not limited and depends on the overall condition of the dentoalveolar system.
All-ceramic veneers and aesthetic composite restorations are designed so that the smile looks natural and lifelike.
